We’re seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Collaboration Technical Specialist to act as a technical authority for Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Intune, HP Poly collaboration hardware, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This is a key position for a confident, proactive expert who can provide end-to-end technical leadership across service design, deployment, security, and support within an enterprise-grade, multi-vendor environment. You’ll lead by example, guiding internal support teams, advising clients on service enhancements, and ensuring compliance with UK government classifications and cybersecurity frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise collaboration infrastructure and help shape a secure, modern workplace. Key Responsibilities: * Act as SME and escalation lead for Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, PAWs, and AV/VC infrastructure. * Manage lifecycle and standards for Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs), including secure configuration and FIDO2 policies. * Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD / Entra ID solutions, ensuring device compliance and endpoint health. * Lead change management processes (CMDB, rollback, approval workflows) and maintain configuration standards. * Oversee firmware rollouts, software upgrades, and infrastructure evaluations. * Deliver post-incident reviews
