Role Overview
The Service Director will lead the strategic and operational delivery of the company’s services across the EMEA region. You will work closely with sales and executive teams to align regional performance with global objectives, oversee key service streams, and manage customer experience through internal teams and third-party service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to drive go-to-market service strategy and revenue growth.
- Support RFP processes, shape deal strategy, and attend post-bid presentations.
- Develop and execute tailored regional service strategies.
- Ensure smooth integration of corporate initiatives within regional operations.
- Lead service delivery across engineering teams, customer success, and on-site personnel.
- Engage key stakeholders across regional and corporate teams to align objectives.
- Define KPIs and monitor performance across service functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and service efficiency.
- Mentor and lead service teams to drive innovation and accountability.
- Manage third-party service partners to maintain delivery quality across the EMEA region.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in service operations and commercial leadership, ideally in AV, IT, or technical services.
- Strong strategic thinking and experience in aligning regional execution with corporate goals.
- Deep knowledge of field service engineering, customer support, and outsourced service models.
- Confident leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing partner-delivered services across multiple regions.
