The Pre-Sales and Solution Design Manager will play a key role in defining product strategies and providing technical support to sales teams. This position requires a technically proficient and solutions-driven professional who can collaborate across multiple teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand and define their technical requirements.
- Manage and oversee design phases to align with customer needs.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.
- Work closely with Software Development, Delivery, and Content Production teams to ensure seamless integration, cost analysis, and after-sales support.
- Support the sales team in creating cost-effective and well-designed proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and internal strategies.
- Maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Design, test, and implement new AV and digital solutions.
- Provide remote and onsite support for installations.
- Develop technical documentation and manuals.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with an AV System Integrator.
- Strong expertise in digital and interactive AV hardware and software.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Experience in small-scale audio design and commissioning.
- Ability to create technical proposals, diagrams, and presentations.
