The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional visitor experiences, showcasing cutting-edge technology, and helping drive brand engagement and commercial success.
The Opportunity:
- Customer Experience Ownership: From initial welcome through to follow-up, the Experience Centre Manager will ensure every visitor journey is seamless, engaging, and memorable.
- Tech Showcases & Live Demos: Responsible for setting up and delivering impactful demonstrations of the latest technologies from key vendor partners.
- Profile Building & Footfall Growth: The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing awareness, usage, and visibility of the Experience Centre through events, campaigns, and targeted engagement strategies.
- Strategic Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximise the centre's impact as a lead generation and brand engagement tool.
- Event Management: Supporting and hosting workshops, product launches, partner days, and industry briefings.
- Performance Reporting: Monitoring engagement, capturing feedback, and reporting on return on investment to continuously refine and improve the experience.
