Je werkt zelfstandig, maar er is altijd een collega in de buurt.
Werken in het thuiszorg team: Je komt te werken in het thuiszorg team (De Haenen): een hecht, gezellig en goed samenwerkend team. Geen ieder-voor-zich-gevoel, maar samen afstemmen, samen even pauze houden, elkaar helpen en de dienst goed afsluiten. Precies dat wat thuiszorg zo prettig kan maken, als het goed georganiseerd is. Cliënten wonen verspreid over het mooie terrein van Park Zuiderhout. Alles is op loopafstand. Geen reistijd, geen parkeerstress. Het gaat bij ons gewoon om zorg verlenen, dichtbij de mensen.
Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG ondersteun en verzorg je cliënten in hun eigen woning. Je verricht onder andere basiszorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen, houdt overzicht en signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid of het welzijn van cliënten. Je stemt af met collega’s en andere betrokkenen en bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor cliënten. Je bouwt een band op met cliënten en draagt bij aan rust, structuur en vertrouwen.
De tijden van de diensten zijn:
- Ochtend: 07.00 - 12.00 uur
- Dag: 07.00 - 15.30 uur
- Avond: 18.00 - 23.00 uur
- Avond: 15.30 - 23.00 uur
Praktisch: Ook dat is goed geregeld. Je salaris is conform CAO VVT: FWG 35 Verzorgende: €2.735,54 - €3.592,96 (bruto per maand o.b.v. fulltime, excl. ORT). Daarnaast ontvang je vakantietoeslag (8%), een vaste eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) én bouw je een goed pensioen op. Extra’s zoals een fietsplan en voordelen op verzekeringen horen daar vanzelfsprekend bij. En omdat een goede werkdag ook door kleine dingen wordt gemaakt: tijdens de lunch staat er altijd verse soep uit onze eigen keuken. Fruit? Dat ligt ook elke dag voor je klaar.
