Voor Rochdale is ADJ op zoek naar lid van de raad van commissarissen die digitale innovatie weet te vertalen naar maatschappelijke impact en Rochdale uitdaagt (nog) slimmer en efficiënter de ambities uit de koers te realiseren. Dit nieuwe lid wordt aangesteld op voordracht van de huurdersvertegenwoordiging. Heb jij hart voor volkshuisvesting en wonen? Heb jij oog voor de leefwereld van de huurder? Functieomschrijving
Als lid van de raad van commissarissen (rvc) houd je integraal toezicht op het beleid van Rochdale en het functioneren van de raad van bestuur (rvb). Daarnaast vervul je de rol van werkgever voor het bestuur. Naast toezichthouder, vervult de rvc de rol van adviseur en klankbord.

- Je neemt zitting in de audit- en digitale transformatiecommissie;
- Je bent een strategische en kritische gesprekspartner op het gebied van digitalisering, innovatie en technologische ontwikkelingen en hebt affiniteit met bedrijfsvoering;
- Je beschikt over een heldere visie op de kansen van digitalisering voor bewoners, woningcorporaties, en verbindt deze aan maatschappelijke opgaven;
- Je houdt toezicht op en stimuleert digitale vernieuwing gericht op betere dienstverlening, leefbaarheid, veiligheid en duurzaamheid;
- Je bewaakt de balans tussen innovatie en risicobeheersing, met specifieke aandacht voor privacy, informatiebeveiliging en ethische vraagstukken;
- Je overziet de impact van digitalisering en AI toepassingen en beoordeelt deze in samenhang met beleid, uitvoering en bedrijfsvoering.

Rochdale huisvest meer dan 80.000 bewoners en heeft ruim 38.000 woningen om te onderhouden en nog velen daarvan te verduurzamen. Daarnaast heeft Rochdale een stevige bouwopgave. Het bouwen aan sterke buurten door een buurtgerichte aanpak is daarbij het uitgangspunt.
Bezoldiging
De raad van commissarissen stelt de bezoldiging van de leden van de rvc vast met inachtneming van de Honoreringscode Commissarissen van de Vereniging van Toezichthouders in Woningcorporaties (VTW).
