Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs.
  • Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Champion Customer Service & Engagement: be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure Store Presentation & Stock Quality: monitor stock freshness and quality, ensure clean/organised shelves, and support overall store cleanliness.
  • Drive Promotional Execution: implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring campaign alignment and accurate point-of-sale materials.
  • Support Smooth Operations: collaborate effectively with the team to achieve seamless daily operations.
  • Prioritise Safety & Compliance: uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
