Londons Best New Spot for Culture 2021 Time Out Woolwich Works is Londons newest landmark cultural hub, housed in five historic buildings on the Royal Arsenal. Following a multi-million pound refurbishment by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, our spaces opened in September 2021 and include a stunning 1500m2 former factory performance and events venue, rehearsal and performance studios, event spaces, outdoor courtyard, and a café and bars.

About the Role:
The Chef role at the Visitors Book Café offers the chance to lead and inspire in a vibrant kitchen. Youll deliver consistently high-quality dishes from our seasonal menu while overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and due diligence standards. Alongside daily service, youll manage our growing in-house catering and hospitality offer, producing beautifully presented food for private hires and events across our unique spaces.
As a leader, youll train and support kitchen assistants to maintain exceptional standards at all times, fostering teamwork, consistency, and innovation. Is this role for you?
