Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe and secure school premises.
Hours of work are from 6am to 8am and then 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. The shift may include a 30‑minute locking‑up session after lettings in the evening. During school holidays the hours can be adapted so that the shift is not split. A job‑share option is also available, working 1pm to 6pm for 25 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent team player
- Flexibility, reliability and high professional standards
- Good numeracy and literacy skills and confidence in using IT systems
- Some experience or knowledge of fire, security and alarm systems
- Experience of building maintenance and basic DIY skills
- Good knowledge of health and safety principles, working at height, manual handling and COSHH (training will be provided)
