Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Has experience of working effectively in EYFS and/or KS1/KS2
- Has experience/knowledge of leading a Read, Write & Learn group or willingness to train to do so
- Has experience conducting structured interventions with SEND children and can effectively support children with SEND
- Experience of pastoral interventions, such as ELSA, would be advantageous
- Is passionate about pupils’ attainment, achievement, personal development and behaviour
- Will work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider school community
- Has the highest expectations for each individual in the setting
- Has relevant teaching assistant qualifications
- Is a team player and can work on their own initiative
