We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, highly motivated, and resilient SENCO with a proven track record for raising standards. Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Is passionate about supporting and educating staff in line with best practice.

- Is able to think creatively to help the school to diminish the difference for our most vulnerable pupils.
- Is a fully qualified teacher with experience of acting as SENCO or who holds the National Award for SENCO.
- Has experience of working with pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Has an excellent understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
- Is calm and focused with a resolution-focused approach.
- Is able to motivate, support and inspire learners, members of staff and our wider community.
- Is keen to make a significant contribution to the realisation of a shared Federation vision.
- Develop and implement excellent standards of teaching and learning.
- Show commitment to continuous school improvement.
- Contribute to a culture where everyone is valued and encouraged to succeed.
