Second in Charge English

We require an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teacher of English to help lead the Faculty as second in charge. The post offers excellent opportunities for you to develop your leadership skills. We are a school focused on growing leaders and this is an ideal post for further progression to Senior Leadership.

English is a thriving subject with our students achieving in line with national average. We are therefore looking to appoint a motivated and committed 2nd in charge of English with a passion for teaching English throughout Key Stages 3 and 4. The English department is a collaborative and caring environment, very much with a team ethos. As a member of the department, you can expect to be fully supported professionally and personally by a team of compassionate, considerate and enthusiastic colleagues. Within the department, we work together to achieve collective, department-wide resources with the aim to provide a respectable and strong work-life balance.
