- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all pupils as well as track pupil progress, providing timely feedback to support learning
- Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leadership to maintain high standards and communicate effectively with parents and carers on progress and wellbeing
- Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and statutory expectations
- Maintain accurate records, including assessments, reports and planning documentation
