- Works under the supervision and instruction of the Examinations Officer and/ or Lead Invigilator.
- Explains testing guidelines and examination process to students.
- Invigilates the exams on and/or offsite.
- Ensures equipment and exam materials are properly set up.
- Deals with requests from students during the examination (e.g., additional paper).
- Resolves issues with support from IT department or Exam Officer.
- Provides individual support to students who require special access arrangements (invigilator to act as a reader/scribe to student).
