Responsibilities:
- Liaise with teaching staff during lessons and throughout the school day to support students, raise achievement, and help them overcome barriers to learning.
- Work with students who exhibit challenging behaviour to identify their needs and support their development.
- Provide support within the parking room, including management of student behaviour, administrative assistance, and maintenance of resources.
- Model commitment, resilience, patience, hard work, and a good sense of humour.
