Qualifications
- A solid foundation and knowledge of child development
- Experience of working with SEN children
- Innovative and creative planning for all age groups
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid are desirable
Responsibilities
- Champion safeguarding and pupil, staff, wellbeing
- Plan and deliver inspiring activities
- Manage staffing levels and maintain ratios
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals
- Create a positive team culture, supporting staff development and training
- Assist with the administration required to run the club effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and high‑quality provision
- Cover both Before and After School Clubs, and Holiday Club (actual shift pattern TBC)
