Woolmer Hill School in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking a committed HLTA to join our Inclusion team. You will support core subject delivery, particularly English and Maths, for small groups and individuals, including students on personalised timetables or alternative pathways. The role focuses on inclusion, engagement, and building strong relationships with students who have barriers to learning. You will work with teachers, the Literacy Specialist, ELSA, and pastoral teams to plan targeted support.
