We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic administrator to be responsible for HR administration within the school and to actively market the school in our local community and via social media. As an integral member of the Administration team, the post holder will assist the Business Operations Manager, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities, including recruitment and selection, data management and reporting, compliance and general HR administration.

Marketing responsibilities would incorporate the use of social media platforms, plus compilation of engaging parent newsletters and managing the school website; to ensure that Woolmer Hill is continually actively promoted. It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a positive approach to work, as no two days will be the same. Previous experience of effective administrative support is essential along with an understanding of confidentiality and discretion. Any relevant HR experience would be beneficial; however, training will be provided.

The ability to build good relationships with staff and students is also essential. We are looking for someone who will be available for 22.5 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year), ideally working over 5 days per week, and there is the potential for some flexibility for the right candidate.

Salary: WMAT scale WA3-12 Full time equivalent £26,167 £14,191 Actual (22.5 hrs per week, term time only).

Start Date: 1st September 2026.
