The post holder will be required to travel across all of County Durham. Teaching may take place in the family home, a Durham County building (e.g. One Point, library), an EHN Base (Sacriston or Leadgate) or a mainstream/specialist school in County Durham. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

MPS6 Β£45,352 pro rata (fixed rate). Casual, annualised-hours contract. One year from start. Contract of 100 hours minimum each year. Extra casual hours available to suit throughout the school year. Required to start as soon as possible.

The Woodlands EHN Team are seeking to recruit qualified Science intervention teachers to educate pupils who are medically too unwell to attend school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the lives of young people and their families, to support a child's education until they are well enough to reintegrate to their school. Candidates will be required to teach Science and, in addition, PHSE and an option subject.
