This is a key role within our school to manage the examinations processes across the school; this includes the creation of accurate entries adhering to examination board deadlines, maintaining awarding bodies' expected standards and resolving all aspects of result and certificate administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing external and internal examinations within the school
  • Gathering and submitting accurate entry data to the Awarding Bodies
  • Managing and disseminating examination results and certificates

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience with a Management Information System
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in a similar educational or exam-based role (desirable but not essential)
