With this in mind, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious young person to join us as an Apprentice Facilities Management Supervisor. You don’t need prior experience in property or management; we will teach you everything. We care about your attitude and potential.
You’ll be a great fit if you:

Requirements:
- You’ll need GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4 or above) by the time you start.
- A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.

What will you be doing?
- You will be on the ground, learning how to manage a physical site and coordinate the people who keep it running.
- Learn the ins and outs of health and safety regulations to keep everyone on site safe.
- Help us implement green initiatives to make our buildings more eco-friendly.
- Work with external partners and suppliers to ensure top-quality service.
