Reporting to the Head of School, you will support the strategic development and take an operational lead on SEND across the school. You will ensure the effective implementation of the School's SEN policy, coordinate provision for students with additional needs, and provide expert guidance to staff, parents/carers and external agencies.
Qualifications:
- QTS
- National Award for SEN Co‑ordination (preferred)
- Experience working at whole‑school level and leading SEND provision
- Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and achieving best outcomes for every student
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: MPS/UPS plus SEN Allowance
