Role: Room Attendant – Housekeeping, The Ickworth. Contract: Casual Worker. Salary: £12.71 per hour plus service charge.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality room and public area cleans: work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure all assigned bedrooms and public areas are turned around and cleaned to the highest standard. This will include a full restock of all in-room guest amenities. You may be asked to conduct thorough deep cleans on occasion.
- Ensure a safe environment for our guests: maintain and check all equipment regularly and report any defects. Ensure all equipment and chemicals are used correctly as per manufacturer instructions.
- Make long-lasting memories: welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones.
Requirements:
- Charisma, engaging personality, and passion for hospitality and providing great service to our guests.
- A keen eye for detail, ability to work to tight timeframes, and comfortable with a physical job.
- Ability to interact with all guests and engage with younger guests.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is desirable, but full training will be given.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
