Woolley Grange Hotel, a beautiful country retreat in the heart of Wiltshire, is now seeking a motivated and talented Chef de Partie to join our brilliant team. If you are a dedicated and skilled chef, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.
This is a permanent role, at 48 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends), with an annual salary of £34,944 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
RoleAs Chef de Partie your core purpose will be:
- Owning and overseeing your workstation: Your role will oversee your workstation and along with the rest of the kitchen, make our menus come alive! Working to spec and direction given from the senior chef team you will create the menu dishes for our guests to enjoy. We encourage your creativity and input in creating our specials and market menu.
- Ensure your section is prepared and cleaned down: You will ensure that your section and menu is extensively prepped for and your station is kept clean and cleared down sufficiently at the end of the shift.
- Working to specification and in line with food hygiene standards: You will be responsible for preparing and creating menu items to LFH specifications and understanding and demonstrating food hygiene standards and understanding of allergens.
- Food Hygiene level 2 is beneficial
- Charisma, engaging personality and passion for hospitality and providing great service to our guests.
- Ability to keep calm and focussed during busy service and to keep your station clean and tidy throughout your shift.
