We're looking for a friendly, proactive and flexible Host to support in delivering exceptional guest experiences across the hotel as business demands.
About the Role: This is a varied and hands-on position at the heart of our operation. As a Host, you will work across multiple departments, supporting reception, restaurant, and spa teams wherever needed. Job Type: Casual Worker Agreement – Hours are offered to our casual workers in line with the demands of the business. Flexibility will be key, as shifts will vary and will include some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests on arrival and assisting with luggage and room orientation
- Supporting the reception team with check-ins, departures and guest queries
- Delivering informal hotel tours and sharing knowledge of the hotel and local area
