Woolley Grange, part of Luxury Family Hotels, reopens mid‑October after refurbishment and will feature a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art induction kitchen designed for culinary excellence. Join our team and help shape the next chapter of this much‑loved Wiltshire retreat.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so our breakfast Chef will play a pivotal role in delivering a delightful morning dining experience for our guests, ensuring that every dish is prepared to the highest standard. This is a permanent position, at 40 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of £29,994 per annum plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

You will:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and specifications, using fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from our on‑site kitchen garden.
  • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of allergens.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during breakfast service, working efficiently to minimise waste and optimise food cost.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas for enhancing the breakfast offerings.

What we need:

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
  • A friendly and engaging personality, with a passion for hospitality and great service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial.
