The Role
As CDP, you will be a key player in our culinary team, contributing to the creation of exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to quality.
If you are an enthusiastic chef with a passion for learning new skills, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.
This is a permanent role, at 48 hours per week (including weekends), with an annual salary of £34,944 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee your workstation: Work with the kitchen team to make our menus come alive, create menu dishes for guests, and encourage creativity for specials and market menu.
- Ensure your section is prepared and cleaned down: Keep the section clean and extensively prepped according to menu specifications and standards, demonstrating food hygiene standards and an understanding of allergens.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious working environment, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Training and development: Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and skills to foster growth within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high‑quality kitchen.
- Charisma, an engaging personality and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to keep calm and focused during busy service, maintaining station cleanliness.
- Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards; food hygiene level 2 beneficial.
- Organisational and time‑management skills and effective communication and teamwork skills.
