Position Details
- Full-time and part-time seasonal roles available
- Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be available for working weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a diverse range of activities and sessions within the Activities department, including but not limited to; Bungee Trampolines, Climbing Walls, Crazy Bugs and Segways.
- Deliver a diverse range of water-based activities including but not limited to; Wave Surfer instruction, Pool Inflatables, Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Water Rollers and Paddlers.
- Be the primary point of contact for Extreme Sporting Activities, ensuring customers have a safe, enjoyable, and adventurous experience.
- Be a certified lifeguard, ensuring the safety of all water-based activities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all our guests.
- Comfortably work at heights due to the varied nature of activities on offer.
- Commit to training schedule requirements to ensure you are qualified and confident to deliver this diverse role to our company standards.
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and safety procedures.
- Be willing to deliver first aid as required to guests and colleagues in need.
- Possess essential skills such as being a team player, supporting colleagues as needed, working well under pressure, and maintaining a positive outlook and attitude.
