As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Staff Supervision - Manage and oversee the public area cleaning staff. Conduct daily briefings to assign tasks and address concerns.
- Quality Control - Inspect all public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Guest Service - Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests regarding public areas, ensure public areas are always guest-ready, especially during peak hours.
- Inventory and Supplies - Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, toiletries, and equipment for public areas and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordination with Other Departments - Work with maintenance to address issues such as broken fixtures, lighting, or plumbing. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
