Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. Position Details

  • Seasonal, full‑time and part‑time positions available

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and coordinating within the team to make sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Opening and closing of the business following the correct procedures.
  • Work alongside the bar management team to oversee all front of house operations.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Serving and presenting beverages, both professionally and efficiently.
  • Taking food orders, serving to tables and clearing tables.
  • Assisting in always keeping the bar and front‑of‑house clean and tidy.
  • Keeping up to date with new products.
  • Making customers aware of offers on our great food/drink range and driving sales through upselling products.
  • Having real conversations with our guests to ensure that they are satisfied with all aspects of their stay.
  • Use good local knowledge to provide guests with information about the area, helping them make the most of their stay.
  • Support with stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly to maintain quality and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous experience in bar, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in working in a fast‑paced environment
  • A passion for delivering great customer service
  • Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
