Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and digitally, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and professional support.
- Manage guest bookings, arrivals, and departures with efficiency and accuracy, delivering clear communication and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our Parks, including accommodation options, facilities, activities, and the local area, to help guests make the most of their stay.
- Set a positive example within the team, demonstrating the standards and behaviours expected of a high‑performing Receptionist.
- Use strong interpersonal and organisational skills to handle guest interactions smoothly, making every guest feel valued and well looked after.
- Work collaboratively with all Park departments, as well as our central‑support reservations team, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, resolving issues effectively while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage merchandise sales and assist with stock control to support smooth reception operations.
- Carry out banking duties, including handling transactions, completing cash reconciliation, and preparing daily banking reports in line with company procedures.
- Ensure all guest information is processed and stored securely, following strict data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
