Join our welcoming Reception team, where you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, memorable experience from the moment guests arrive.

Position Details

  • Part time, or full time seasonal position.
  • Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and digitally, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and professional support.
  • Manage guest bookings, arrivals, and departures with efficiency and accuracy, delivering clear communication and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our Parks, including accommodation options, facilities, activities, and the local area, to help guests make the most of their stay.
  • Set a positive example within the team, demonstrating the standards and behaviours expected of a high-performing Receptionist.
  • Use strong interpersonal and organisational skills to handle guest interactions smoothly, making every guest feel valued and well looked after.
  • Work collaboratively with all Park departments, as well as our central-support reservations team, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, resolving issues effectively while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Manage merchandise sales and assist with stock control to support smooth reception operations.
  • Carry out banking duties, including handling transactions, completing cash reconciliation, and preparing daily banking reports in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure all guest information is processed and stored securely, following strict data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
