At Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks, we're seeking Laundry Assistants to become integral members of our friendly and professional team.

This position is located at our Commercial Laundry site in Mullacott, Ilfracombe, with convenient access to public transport for your commute.

  • Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Duties involve working in our commercial laundry where we launder the bedding for our parks.

This includes the sorting of bedding, loading and un-loading of machines for washing and drying.

  • Use of the ironing machine and making up bedding packs.
  • Working both within a team and independently. Must be able to work unsupervised and to use own initiative as/when the role requires.
  • Reporting any machine faults quickly to reduce any down time.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the high presentation standards of the linen are met.
  • Assist with delivery of linen to our parks.
  • Understand that the needs of the business require your working hours to be flexible and that working start and finish times may change to ensure the linen is delivered on time.
  • Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
