You’ll play an essential role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly and delivering meals that make our guests’ holidays unforgettable.

Position Details:

  • Seasonal, full‑time and part‑time positions available
  • Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver high‑quality meals in a busy kitchen environment
  • Work closely with both kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
  • Maintain accurate COSHH records, temperature logs, and kitchen paperwork
  • Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and safe, following hygiene standards
  • Follow recipes while confidently adapting when needed
  • Monitor stock levels and support ordering and deliveries
  • Handle fast‑paced service, changing demands, and special requests
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and stay aware of current food trends
  • Play an active role in supporting a positive, collaborative kitchen culture

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in catering is desirable but full training is provided for passionate candidates
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Driving licence (desirable)
