Preston: self-employed dog walker, Avenham Park to the Guild Wheel
Preston has no WoofWalk walker yet. We want three, one each for the city and Ashton, Fulwood and the north, and Penwortham and the south bank.
WoofWalk is a UK app where owners book someone nearby to walk their dog. You are self-employed through it. You name your prices, you name your hours, you choose your bookings; owners pay in the app and the money is paid out to you. There is no wage, there are no guaranteed bookings, and we are not an employer.
No Preston price research yet; the national figure from public listings is about £15 an hour. Set your own, and we show you what you would keep.
Avenham and Miller Parks, Moor Park and the Guild Wheel loop are the main grounds, with Brockholes and the Ribble for variety.
No joining fee. The first 14 days are commission-free; then WoofWalk takes 15% of each booking, and 10% for life once five clients have joined through you. Tax, National Insurance and insurance are your own affair to manage.
Students at the university and anyone with free weekday daytime fit this. Over 18.
