Milton Keynes: self-employed dog walker across the grid, parkland everywhere

Milton Keynes has thousands of acres of parkland threaded through the grid and no WoofWalk walker yet. We want five, because the city is spread out: one each for the centre, Bletchley, Wolverton and Stony Stratford, Newport Pagnell, and the east.

WoofWalk is a UK app where an owner books a dog walker who lives nearby. You are self-employed on it, running your own small business: you set your prices and hours and take the bookings you want. Owners pay through the app and the money is paid out to you. We are not your employer, we pay no wage, and bookings are not guaranteed.

No Milton Keynes price research yet; nationally, public listings put an hour's walk at about £15 and a drop-in at £10 to £20. You decide your own.

Campbell Park, Willen Lake, the Ouzel Valley and Linford Wood are the main grounds, with the redway network linking them so a bike covers a lot of ground.

Free to sign up. The first 14 days are commission-free, then 15% of each booking, and 10% for life once five clients have joined through you. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance and for your own insurance.

Commuter households make lunchtime the busy slot. Over 18.
