Lancaster and Morecambe: self-employed dog walker, Williamson Park to the bay
Lancaster has no WoofWalk walker yet. We want three, and we would like one to cover Morecambe and Heysham along the bay.
WoofWalk is an app where owners book a nearby dog walker or sitter and pay through the app. You are self-employed on it, with your own prices, your own hours and your own choice of bookings. The money from each booking is paid out to you. We do not employ you, and there is no guaranteed income or wage.
No Lancaster price research yet; across the UK, public listings put an hour's walk at around £15 and a drop-in visit at £10 to £20. You decide what to charge, and our start page shows what you would keep.
Williamson Park, Ryelands Park, the canal towpath and the Lune estuary cover the daily walks, with the bay at Morecambe and the Forest of Bowland for longer ones.
No charge to join. Your first 14 days have no commission; then 15% of each booking, and 10% for life after five clients have joined through you. Tax, National Insurance and insurance are down to you.
University students with free mornings and anyone working evenings suit this. Over 18.
