Excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading manufacturer of Building Products, within their Ceramic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside Category and Sales Managers, you will contribute to Marketing strategies and plans, delivering multi-channel campaigns aligned to business objectives across products for the installation of Ceramic & Stone Materials lines, the company's most established, market-leading product line in the UK.

As Marketing Manager, you will also work closely with and line-manage the Marketing Manager on some of their ancillary lines to drive these growth areas of the portfolio together. Collaborating closely with the UK marketing team and agency partners, you will plan and execute marketing-led campaigns across online and offline channels, for the UK and Ireland, including but not limited to exhibitions and events, PR & advertising, website, social media, SEO, technical and promotional literature, in-store presence, customer support, customer training and trade associations.

You will maintain the consistency of a global brand for the local market, with communications across a wide range of construction sectors tailored to audiences including Specifiers, Distributors, Installers and End Users. An excellent communicator and creative thinker with analytical skills, you will bring a modern approach to an established and evolving marketing team.

Essential Requirements for the Marketing Manager:

  • 5+ years B2B Marketing Manager experience.
  • Marketing Degree or CIM equivalent qualification.
  • Proven responsibility for marketing planning, budgeting and campaign management.
  • Adherence to existing marketing & corporate policies.
  • Full clean driving licence required - Company Car is provided.

Desired experience:

  • Tiling / Construction marketing experience.
  • DIY sector marketing experience.
  • Strong digital marketing experience.
  • Experience of D365 CRM Systems / Power BI.
  • Experience of line management.

This exciting and varied role is based with the friendly and dynamic marketing team in the company's Wolverhampton premises where free parking is provided.
