As a Repair and Overhaul Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of quality and precision that Woodward is known for in the aerospace industry. You will work under the supervision of an Operations Supervisor, performing essential tasks such as assembly, testing, and inspection of aircraft engines and components, ensuring each product meets the highest operational and engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teardown, Assembly and Test Product: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently teardown, assemble and test product using specified tools and equipment.
- Process: Coordinates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis, investigation, work scope of product.
- Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items. Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Safety Mindset: Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.

- Technical Capability: Understands and follows basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Evaluates product and determines component replacement needs for low-complexity product.
