Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and oversee the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range £32,000 - £41,000 (Shift pattern is days/nights, with a 16% allowance. As the facility grows, the shift pattern may change).
  • Woodward Operations Incentive bonus scheme – target of 7.5% paid quarterly, discretionary.
  • Vacation: We offer new members 29 days holiday plus 4 public holidays.
  • Personal Pension Scheme: All members will be automatically enrolled after month 1 with employer contribution of 9%.
  • Income Protection and Life Assurance: All members after month 1 are enrolled on these schemes, income protection at 60% of salary in cases of long-term absence and 4 times your basic salary for life assurance.
