Our Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, leading and managing key client relationships with our customers based in Derby/Birmingham. This role will work to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with our strategic clients to drive long term business success.

**What You Will Be Doing**

  • Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Formulates and implements comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth objectives within key accounts.
  • Manage Key Client Relationships: Cultivates and maintains strong partnerships with strategic clients to drive long term business success.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Evaluates industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making and identify opportunities.
  • Lead Complex Sales Initiatives: Directs high-impact sales projects involving multiple stakeholders and significant resources to meet organisational goals.
  • Optimise Resource Allocation: Advises on the strategic distribution of resources to maximise sales performance and project outcomes within key accounts.

**Experience:**

  • Previous experience at a large Engine commercial OEM customer, ideally with knowledge of engineering, product development, strategy and procurement functions.
  • Deep understanding of large Engine commercial OEM processes and decision influencers.

The successful candidate will need to travel regularly to customer locations in Derby and Birmingham; therefore, they will need to be based within this area.
