Exciting opportunity to join our growing business here at Prestwick. Woodward integrates leading-edge technologies into fuel, combustion, fluid, actuation, and electronic control systems for the aerospace and industrial markets. At Prestwick, we repair and overhaul aircraft engine fuel controls for customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

We are looking for an additional Customer Support Representative to join our busy Commercial Operations team at Woodward, Prestwick. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be supporting the processes of providing products and services per Woodward policies and procedures, to meet quality standards and expectations. Coordination with customers and within the organisation to provide an excellent standard of customer support.

What we are looking for...

  • Solid knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
  • High level of professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, multitasking, detail-oriented and able to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process.
  • May be required to understand and apply international commercial transaction specifics.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills regarding routine, day-to-day functions.
  • Thorough understanding of the organisation and internal resources.

Qualifications/Experience

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a customer-interface role and general business process understanding.
  • HND/HNC in Business Administration or other relevant subject is preferable.
