We are a growing Electrical installation and maintenance company in Staffordshire, working a mixture of local and national works, through domestic and commercial applications.
This is a full-time contracted on-site role for an Electrician, looking for a keen worker who is willing to work in a permanent self-employed basis to a minimum of 3 days per week, ideally 5 days per week, located in Stoke-On-Trent or around the local area.
The Electrician will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed in alignment with safety standards and regulations. The role also includes collaborating with team members, interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints, and ensuring timely completion of work assignments.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, as well as Troubleshooting electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical work (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 2391 testing and inspection would be ideal but not required
- Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations
- Experience with both commercial and residential electrical systems is a requirement
- Have your own transport to commute to the site address (fuel will be paid for)
