Vacancy for Headteacher at Woodston Primary School

This is a full-time Headteacher post.

Salary: Point 9 L17-21 with consideration given to skills, experience and previous track record

You will be supported in your role by an Executive Principal team.

Woodston primary school is seeking an inspiring, dedicated and forward‑thinking leader to guide our vibrant school community. You will be joining a talented, hardworking and highly professional staff team who share a deep commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement and the very best outcomes for our pupils. Working together is at the heart of our ethos, and we are looking for a leader who will champion and strengthen the culture.

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

  • Provides clear vision, strategic leadership and strong sense of direction for pupils, staff and the wider school community.
  • Ensured excellence in teaching and learning, maintaining high expectations and consistently strong standards.
  • Promotes inclusive practice and drives continuous improvement in academic achievement and pupil outcomes across the curriculum.
  • Works collaboratively within the school, across the trust and with external partners to enrich opportunities and strengthen provision.
