Based in London, Woodston Personnel UK are recruiting for a Practice Development Nurse to join an established and reputable hospital on a permanent basis, with a salary of £50,000 per annum. The Practice Development Nurse is an essential role within the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Practice Development training programmes throughout the hospital. This not-for-profit, private hospital is internationally recognised and provides quality care to patients in a luxury facility.

It is essential the candidate is NMC registered with a recognised postgraduate qualification or relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and develop nursing and clinical skills development
  • As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will develop clinical protocols
  • Produce a visible clinical profile
  • Create concise and accurate reports
  • Utilise effective communication strategies to impart information and knowledge sensitively
  • Be an active member of relevant Hospital’s committees and groups
  • Submit relevant reports and records
  • Ensure a productive relationship with stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver teaching programmes
  • Evaluate all teaching programmes
