Clinical Pharmacist
Based in London, Woodston Personnel UK is recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacist, to join a company on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £42,000 per year.
This job will involve working alongside the Pharmacy team to provide clinical services to the dispensary and ward as well as ensuring the safe running of the dispensary.
This is an award-winning, charity hospital, with a rich history and state-of-the-art facilities.
It is essential the candidate has proven experience providing medication counselling to patients. The candidate should come from a multidisciplinary environment with experience working alongside Nurses and other medical colleagues.
The candidate will have completed at least one year of Pre-registration training and hold a current professional registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Ideally, the candidate will be working towards or hold a Clinic Diploma or Postgraduate qualification
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, mentor and support the Pharmacy Technician Team
Final check in-patient and discharge TTO prescriptions
Review inpatient prescription charts
Order non-stock medicines for patients
Dispensary duties
