Key responsibilities
- Conduct face‑to‑face telephone and video consultations for patients
- Undertake home and urgent visits
- Manage long‑term conditions
- Review and manage test results and take appropriate clinical actions
- Strong clinical and administrative processes supporting safe and efficient practice
