Thriving in an FMCG environment, you will have prior cosmetic, chemical or food industry manufacturing experience.
What you will do:
- Lead the product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Utilize Critical Path Analysis (CPAs) to identify key milestones and dependencies within project plans, optimizing resources and timelines.
- Lead client project meetings, presenting progress updates, addressing concerns, creating agenda/notes and facilitating discussions to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Maintain and update the company project master tracker, providing visibility into the status, risks, and opportunities across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including formulation, packaging, account management, etc., to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate impacts on timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on project objectives and progress.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, procedures and tools, leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness when required.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience of managing projects is a must.
- Knowledge from some form of FMCG manufacturing industry is also a must, ideally within cosmetics, fragrance or chemicals.
- Great communication skills.
- Competent using MS software packages.
