Who are we? Woodside Global is the customs clearance and freight-forwarding division of Woodside Logistics Group working both independently of and in conjunction with its sister transport divisions: Woodside Haulage, Woodside Tankfreight, Woodside Motorfreight and Woodside Distribution.
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to develop and grow both existing and new business relationships with Woodside Global customers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations in line with company pricing structures and margin expectations.
- Develop and grow existing customer accounts by ensuring all business opportunities have been explored.
- Liaising with Operations team to establish any service issues or customer problems, ensuring that timely resolutions are obtained.
- Discuss, document, report and submit quotations as per customer request.
- Receive quickly respond to customers pricing enquiries.
- Record quotations on IT system.
- Obtain customer feedback.
- Set up Customer Rate cards and manually price jobs.
- Approval customer and partner invoices.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a Freight Forwarding office environment.
- Previous experience in a Sales Support or Sales Executive role.
- Proven customer service experience, including handling pricing, quotations, and customer enquiries.
- Ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
