The Role: Working within our existing administration team, being the key point of contact for our customers and partners. To pro-actively foster and develop close working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues. To accurately input an update information onto our own and partners operating systems. To provide and maintain excellent levels of attention to detail to ensure all goods delivered are receipted and processed, therefore ensuring our delivery and collection performance is met and maintained.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and process Proof of Delivery (POD's) by logging on Transport Management system and passing processed POD's to Accounts in an efficient manner.
